Spinel was standing in the pink cloud room of the temple...since Steven had left.... Someone might as well put it to good use she was just smashing versions of pink each labeled with words .... Monster.... Toy broken.... unwanted as the cloud pinks taunts got worse.... before spinel finally screamed as loud as she could "I wish you just shattered me!" The gem begins giggling and shaking as her jacket fell to the floor

"Hiiiii! Watch me dance, everybody!" Black Star proudly proclaimed, waving her wings dramatically before starting to move her new feathery body the best she could. She would keep her wings up and partially fold down the topmost part, trying to resemble hands that were folded down. Then the shapeshifted Gem would swing her body side to side, trying to copy the infamous Caramelldansen dance.

The zoo visitors were awestruck while the penguin started dancing. Clamors of surprise erupting from everyone around Spinel. One person recognized the dance in question, laughed, then turned on the music from her smartphone.

"Hehe" spinel chuckled as people continued to crowd the room as the pink gem looks to her girlfriend as if asking "is this too much?" She seems suprised by the amount and abit overwhelmed

The penguin shape-shifted Gem was still dancing along to the newly added music. Letting out a few happy giggles and honks to keep the crowd's attention. She hadn't noticed Spinel until glancing up briefly past the crowd, spotting the Gem towards the back.

"Oh.." Black Star understood the look Spinel was giving, beak agape. She had drawn quite the crowd to the penguin exhibit. That, and a handful of guests were whipping out cellphones to record her antics. Black Star would stop dancing, then take a few steps further back into the exhibit. Thinking quickly, the tiny Gem raced off into the group of penguins further into the exhibit and shape-shift back into a fly to escape.

Spinel was trying to distract herself as she leaned against the doorway "you're fine.... you're fine it's just a busy day...you're okay " she's taking deep breaths

" Aww! That's so sweet!" Collin smiled, cupping hands together only to float up into the air and clap them together to summon his floating castle.

" This is my archive. " he gestured towards said castle, " I got a bed in here and everything. "

.. when it came to the question of what he wanted more than anything. They paused, tabbing foot in air with arms crossed and hand on chin. " Hmm.. well, I really want to play make believe again. I mean, the last round turned out to not be that fun in the end but I can do better this time! "

"What if it....it doesn't have to get made...up and you could actually have a family?" Spinel gently offers up her hand to hold...."i.. think if I'm guessing....you went through somthing similar?. Someone treated you badly... right honey?"

Collin' eyes softened up for a moment, curling into himself as he didn't like to think about it but he did still have those memories..

He looks at the offered hand for a second, listening to her words and pandering them.

" .. Belos lied! He was a big meanie and he used me! I was trapped under that titan for years and all because of something I didn't even do. " he could feel tears start to form in his eyes.

" he said he would free me after I helped him with his plan but he lied! he lied! he lied! he lied! He was a big fat liar! "

"Oh...baby" spinel's gem ached for him......this poor kid...he'd had it worse than she did ....the gem stretched her arms out and pulled him close into her arms wrapping her arms around them tight literally acting as a safety quilt "I'm sorry....nobody should ever make a child go through that....ever"

Collin sniffled, finding himself wrapped in a warm embrace and laying head on her chest where he noticed the shinny upside heart. His eyes widened, his little touching it. He wants to add it to his collection but it seems like if you pull one of those from a gem's body, they go poof! He didn't want Spinel to go poof :(

" .. my friend freed me but I got a little carried away during play time. I turned people into puppets, made the Boiling Isles into my own playground. The witches didn't want to play with me after that and so, I decided to leave.. cause I got a lot of growing up to do, y'know. "

The Aquarium's penguins would gather around the newcomer, confused as to who this unfamiliar animal was.

"Uh.. hi!" Black Star would continue waving her wing to the feathered creatures. But as she waved, the birds still looked confused, then one of them trilled.

The shapeshifted Gem was unsure of what to do at this point, letting out an "uhh" as she turned back to the display glass to Spinel, as if asking with her eyes what she should do next.

"Talk to the guests..." she points to humans passing through the halls grinning mischievously as she tries to act normal

“Oh” murmured the shape-shifted Gem, now understanding what Spinel wanted her to do. Black Star would wave the group of penguins goodbye before waddling up to the display glass.

A couple zoo goers were making way to the penguin exhibit, moving past Spinel. After she took a deep breath, Black Star held up her left wing and waved. “Hello everyone! I’m a penguin!” She would honk with a bright smile.

The humans jaws dropped. “What in the world?” Asked a dark-haired woman, staring in disbelief. “It’s not April Fools’ Day.. is it?” Murmured another zoo patron.
