My favorite artist is Georgia O’Keeffe, I am very fond of her New Mexico Era art and find it to be very inspirational. Through doing research later in one of my college classes at The Art Institute of York – Pennsylvania I came across some information about O’Keeffe that really hit me as surprising. One of the colleges that Georgia O’Keeffe attended was The Art Institute but she attended in Chicago, Illinois.
Though we attended two different locations we both attended the same school. I found this to be amazing and even more of an inspiration to love the work she does. I find not only her work to be amazing and inspirational but also her life to be amazing and inspirational. If you don’t know who Georgia O’Keeffe is or you haven’t seen her work especially the work of her New Mexico Era I strongly encourage you to research it. She is an amazing artist and a all time favorite when it comes to my passion for art and who I find inspiration from. #HereWeCollideCollective
