Holes to Heaven
You’ve fallen through one of the holes in the floor of heaven
What if you and your unknown true love were both on the same plane which crashed and you were the only two survivors? What if, through paired therapy sessions, you began to realise how much you two fit together? What if you got married and had children and were so happy together but refused to ever go on a plane again?
What if your oldest child went on a plane in order to get a job in another country? What if your oldest child died on that plane? What if your family had to travel by plane in order for them to visit and verify his body where it crashed over some random country? What if, on their journey to see their child, their plane crashes and they end up meeting the child in the after life?
What if planes were just your curse?
Write a (short)story where this is the last line of speech or narration. :)
What could this ‘weapon’ be? Try to think outside the box!
e.g. Looking through Nathan’s eyes was a swirling, whirling, nauseating feeling, kind of like sitting on the teacups at a fair ground, and when I looked at the pale pink of my bedroom ceiling that morning, I took note that the red pigment seemed a little bit brighter, as if it had been switched for another.
