damn my account’s been so dead ㅠㅠ

i will be doing a rehaul? revamp? of my account over the summer bc something happened with tumblr’s weird ass mobile updates and now i can’t edit any of my existing posts on the app. i’ll be remaking all my navigation posts and updating them.

my kpop account @honey-boos will have to go through the same process and i’m still trying to update the tags from when i first made it. then finally i can go through all my liked posts and reblog them correctly >_<

i made a separate reblogging account, @ruesraine, for everything that’s not kpop related bc for some reason i’m really picky about reblogging on this, my main, blog. maybe just easier navigation of all my original content??

finally, i’ve made a separate 18+ writing blog. i’ve started dabbling a bit in smut and i’m too lazy to filter out all the followers i already have, so anything nsfw will be posted on @strxwberry-champagne.

Secret Cupid is an event dedicated to gaining new community and interactions. Within this event I have assigned each writer a random fellow writer to curate a fic around. They were given some guidelines, such as what their giftee's favorite tropes were, but other than that were given full creative freedom. So you can expect to enjoy a wide array of stories, from smut to angst to romance.

This project was launched back in November to help expand community, to interact with writers you wouldn't have interacted with otherwise. And so please take advantage of the variety of stories below and enjoy!

The fics will be released during the full week of Valentine's. Each fic will be added to the masterlist below as it is released. If you would like to be tagged with each addition, please leave a comment below!

let me talk for a sec about how stupid easy it is for me to emotionally bond to someone. bc tell me WHY i’m depressed about the korean international students going home when i literally only got one day with them 😪 they bought me lunch, called me noona, and made me promise to call them when i study abroad 🤧

At the end of your story, everything may not be perfect or even the way the readers may want it to be, but everything will be okay. The ending is what your characters need, not necessarily what they want. You know how to write strong plots that are able to perfectly balance the right mixture of pain and lightheartedness. Writing tropes is one of your favorite things to do and yet somehow your take on it is always something so unique and original it'll make your readers jaws drop.

i think this is accurate… that’s how others have described my writing is like. if you know me i’m not one for happy ending but a realistic endings enthusiast (or as realistic as you can get with fan fiction lol).

yea i think this is accurate. i love exploring different tropes and seeing how i can develop a new story from there. i like seeing the diversity of every writer and reader's perspectives/ takes of a trope. i think that's what makes writing and fiction so special.

Any reader lucky enough to read your writing is blessed with a calm feeling and the knowledge that everything is finally okay. Your writing pulls your readers in quickly and refuses to let them go until the story is complete. Your readers are often kept awake into the early morning with the need to finish what you’ve written as quickly as possible. The flow of your writing can either be calm and gentle or harsh and turbulent. Either way, it moves in mesmerizing waves that entrances everyone.
