Random post since it’s been a while.

A few months ago (Early March) I built some planter boxes in a previously unused “no mans land” area of the backyard and everything is going bonkers. I started this sunflower (and many others) from seed, it’s already over 6’ tall and the bloom is building. I wonder how long it will be until our moron Governor will mandate masks for all plants 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m not a fan of food posts, my own or others, but I’m going to make an exception here and post this short clip of some butternut squash beef stew I made in the InstaPot last night. It was so damn good I went back to the store today to get more stuff to make another batch.
