Hi I'm a new game creator. And after playing creepydate by hahadit on itch I was inspired to make my own game spisificly for tim/masky.

It's currently still in prototype and exclusively the prologue has been released but I still wanted to share its existence as a way to motivate myself to keep working on it.

On this account I'll be posting my progress, art, sprites, and talk about my experience with renpy.

I've nvere been the deepest into the creepypasta or marble hornets fandom but I've always lurked and loved it from a distance so this is just me putting myself out there for the first time.

Those of you who want to play on mobile while I did make the text visible and change the text box and have adjusted the name, currently the dialogue is not working with me and is currently not in the right position, so if you play it be aware the y alignment gonna be a bit funky

Sorry for my short absence

sorry I've been a bit absent, life has been hitting me like a jack hammer lately, been really busy with school and life, things keep happening and getting in the way of me making progress, which sucks, but the projects not dead, just having a bit of a delay, the demo's release probably gonna be pushed back a week or two

I decided to draw some characters based on memory in my classes. Slenderman(ignore the fact he's naked, did not feel like drawing clothes that day), Nina and and Lulu(who I haven't looked at in years tbh)

results are in, and the new ones won by a landslide, as expected really. But thanks for the feedback, good to know I was making a good choice by making a second iteration of Tim's sprites.

Ok, I don’t know how to say this without sounding rude because I don’t think you asked for criticism on the drawings, but I just wanna point out that I think Tim’s proportions are a little bit off with how you drew him, but I can’t specifically point out the problem. Otherwise they look good, though

no it's fine, I feel it might be the legs, with how their cut off it makes the rest of body feel weird(at least to me) it's one of the things I wanted to chang up about his sprite. Or also I think his hips are a bit wide for his forward sprite(another thing I wanted to fix up maybe). But if you ever figure it out, do tell

not trying to hate i love both covers, but i think the issue is with the nose part of the mask? its pretty detailed while the real mask is pretty plain

yeah I get that, and thanks I'm glad you like both. But, I really really don't like the original and your reason is partially the reason, but I also don't like how simple it is, how the shading turned out, there's just a a lot I don't like about it. So I on a whim drew up the sketch for the new one in math class and then finished in next class. And couldn't decide if I really wanted to replace so I just asked ya'll

Just letting you know the creator behind the Creepydates game is very problematic. They've posted incest content multiple times, including Toby,Tim, and Toby's dad. Not only that, but they shipped underage Toby and Tim together along with other stuff

times line update for the demo

so after some thought I've come to decision on when the demo should be out. And I'd give a month to two weeks.

So here's my plan for those who want to hear it

This weekend: I plan on finishing Marble Hornets and finishing up on some sprites.

Week 1: And throughout this week I'll work on piecing together the script and do some polishing on the code and gui

Second weekend: While after that I should finish up on some of Tim's sprites as well as finish up on the script for the demo

second week: I finish the code for for the demo

Third weekend: If I don't post it during the second week it's because I'm polishing it during this time

This isn't completely definitive as I do have school as well as my family liking to make plans without me sometimes so thats why I gave a month as a possibility for the release date for the demo as well
