How do you like the MacBook Pro? I’m thinking of getting either the pro or the air but am not sure which one is best...

Hey! I actually got the new Macbook Pro (2017 with touchbar) last year, and it’s great! Since I’m a computer science major, I find that it has all the power and memory I need for my assignments and projects and such. I do think the touchbar is rather useless -- it’s basically only to look cool imo. 

I think it really depends on what you’re planning on using your Macbook for. The air probably isn’t as powerful if you’re running large programs or scripts, but if you’re just using it for general schoolwork/internet browsing, it’d work just fine. I’ve also heard that Apple might be discontinuing Macbook Air’s in the future (and also there hasn’t been an update to the hardware/design in a while). 

Ultimately it’s whatever suits your needs. I’m pretty biased towards the Pro bc i’ve had a great experience with it, and I really like the new sleek design.

after finishing a paragraph in german i had to write for school i set up (and by that i mean i wrote “german” on the cover) my new notebook (that i got from muji!!!) and tried to start some extra-german that i’m doing to secure an a* that i hope to get at the end of the year ft. some crepes!!
