this is just a page where i wrote down key points from a ted talk about career planning and my future. i mostly just did this because i was really stressed about going to college lol. i’m scared of academic failure because it has happened a lot in high school...so hopefully i’ll do better in college and learn from my mistakes :’)

this is like personal life stuff but tbh idc sharing it on tumblr because i feel like you guys all can understand/relate a little lol.

senior year has been really emotionally and mentally stressful for me, because i have been doubting myself and what i want to go into. pre-med and med school are really difficult things to succeed in academically and i honestly haven’t been feeling too confident.

so i made a couple pages in my bujo specifically for the purpose of trying to understand more about myself. i hope you guys can find inspiration from these pics!

also, i’m going to be posting 1-2 pics like once a week lol so woooo back on track with my studyblr !!

In middle school, I was the kid who failed every test. People would question why I was in an honors class and make fun of me constantly. I’m graduating high school now as the salutatorian with a 4.0 unweighted GPA and a full ride to college.

“You’re naturally smart.” said everyone in my school.

If I could, I would shove this tumblr and my notes into their faces because spending hours studying and rewriting notes isn’t called smart, it’s called hard work.

REALLY old june bujo thing LOL

all i did for grad week was hang out with my best friend and go to starbucks. and i tried mcdonalds for the first time, it was pretty lit tbh

have not been in a very good mental state ever since school ended. probably because i have more time to just sit around and think, i guess?

anyway. i’m so late on posts and stuff. soz for the bad quality photo, i try to make it look as good as possible with my terrible camera :(

so for the summer (and also into the school year), i’ll be working in a cardiovascular research lab at a local hospital. i was making some notes + diagrams on the pcr i did today and really like how it turned out so here we are. what are you guys doing for the summer? xoxo, m
