Funny how my ultimate resolution of every year is to not have to resit exams, and I'm just incapable of reaching that goal. It's literally the first year I have abandoned the idea. My vision board don't even contain those words. We'll see where that take us .

It's my last year of medschool and I'm at that point where I can't even see the end of the tunnel. Interviews are coming soon, and I'm still collecting data for my thesis. My Anxiety is hiighh

My supervisor told me that my master's thesis could be publishable although I haven't submitted anything yet to the research ethic board.

I have an important exam in two days and I'm too tired to study. Lately I have been waking up in the middle of the night because of the anxiety.

Dear Tumblr , so much has happened since the last time I posted something on here. I started therapy a year ago , ended my 6 year old relationship that was sucking me dry, and I moved out !

I am still repeating some exams , but I'm in my last year of medschool at least ! I don't know if everyone on studyblr-verse is an all-star student but I know I am not , and I'll probably never be , but like my therapist said, every one has his own rythm. We'll get there. I'm doing better since I started therapy. I'm doing better since I started thinking and living on my own. Last night was the first time I walked home on my own after midnight , it was empowering. -----

I just finished my obgyn rotation, and the exam went pretty great. I'll be a doctor at the end of year, whether I match or not and that's pretty fulfilling on its own.

First post of 2022 :

Just got back from a walk in the park near my house, now it's time to study. Those two weeks of studying are leaving me really tired I don't feel very productive, and I keep getting distracted other than my studies but I've been studying with friends through zoom and teams and it's not bad. I might try pomodoring now to stay motivated.

I really don't want to mess up my 2022.

Sun 5 dec - recap of this week

So, I started going to the hospital about a week ago. It's my second intership for the year , and I'll be assisting in anesthesiology for the next month. So far, I'm loving it. The crew is incredible, they're all very welcoming, they explain me stuff even when I'm not asking anything. I didn't know before going into this internship that anesthesia could be this intense. You have to know so much stuff , it's a lot of preparation , a lot of anatomical knowledge, a lot of chemical and pharmacological knowledge , and physics. You really have to have a good knowledge of your physiological courses.
