Stonehenge. As you can see, my drawings went from super inked to rough sketches because there are like 7 of these that I need to make and unfortunately I cannot go all out on them.
I love how iconic the stonehenge are. Yes pls ignore the fact that I didn't bother with the rocks at the back!
Also idk if u guys noticed but I love hatching. It's underrated. I like blending with pencil too but it's too much effort! Hatching gives an oomph without being time consuming.
I should give charcoal a shot again. When I'm like super-not-doing-anything. Maybe after I graduate, because I'm super busyyy

spending my noon lunching, journaling, drinking coffee, and watching a bad canadian-french film that fails the bechdel test. for today I’ll clean and go through my to-do list that has been sitting on my reminders list for two days now

we’re getting into BOOKS again, kids. we’re out here reading BOOKS. it doesn’t matter if it’s YA lit or elementary school readers or “”great classic”” novels or comic books or even creative non-fiction. we’re reading BOOKS and we’re having FUN with it.

sometimes I think about the sculptors hands that moulded and formed the statues and then I touch the cold stone and I feel our hands meet through time and space

Classes are 10x harder than last semester. I’m making it a point to travel more this year. Time management is getting harder. I’m tired but this is better than 2013-2017
i don't like this spread, everything that could go wrong did, but hey that's just how it works sometimes, art is allowed to be messy and weird - just do it anyways ♡´・ᴗ・`♡
