Medical school and diet

Life update … just finished working for the summer , one week left in Iceland, then one week in Sweden …. Then back to Hungary 

My diet has not been the best the last couple of weeks, but tomorrow im starting the first day of “cleaning” ill not eat anything only drink water and green tea

 Ill do that 2 times a week in 5 weeks .. hope ill feel some changes !
