keigo (kenjougo)
Kenjougo (humble expression): Also used when talking to superiors. However, while sonkeigo is largely focused on the actions of others ("そとの人" social circle), kenjougo is focused on oneself, or the people within the speaker's "うちの人" social circle.
Two of the forms of kenjougo are
お電話します and お約束します are two exceptions to the second form, though.
To also note that the above two forms are only applicable if there is another person involved in the subject.
~~~
Kenjougo also has plenty of special terms to learn HELP
"go", "ask/ visit" and "come" are all うかがいます
"receive", "eat" and "drink" are all いただきます
I used to wonder from Duolingo and manga/anime about the difference between と言います and と申します when introducing oneself! Now I understand the difference, yay~
