Hi there, I was wondering if you could give some tips on how to draw character body expressions because I can't seem to get it right, they always look like robots or unnatural abominations pretending to be humans. Also, your art is fantastic, on both of your blogs and I love it :)

Hi there! :D Ahh! Thank you so much! Usually when I go about approaching drawing a pose or expression, I start off with sketching in the gesture of the pose to make sure the pose or expression “flows” together. I try to make sure that the lines have a “rhythm” to them to help lead the eye around the pose, and give the pose life. In addition, keeping your drawings loose will also help to make the poses have more life, and maintain the energy of the pose. Here is a tutorial on how I tend to approach sketching :D I hope this helps!

If you have a bee problem (which almost never happens) call a local beekeeper! They will remove them safely free of charge

Bumblebees usually nest underground and just wanna be left alone! They won’t hurt you. To prevent destroying their habit during hibernation, avoid mowing yards until April or May. If you do mow, raise the blades to the highest setting

Also don’t freak about the ground hives. Bees that burrow will move, they only stay in that one spot for a season or two there is no reason to kill them off they will leave.

Also if by chance you somehow become covered in bees DON’T FREAK, the best way to get bees off you safely for you and the bees is to just jump a few inches in the air nothing hard just a little hop. The bees will fall right off you when you hit the ground. (Promptly moving away sqiftly from that spot help not be stung after doing this.)

Listen: protect the bees. They are literally necessary for our worldwide ecosystem. Don’t kill bees, don’t destroy their hives, etc. But it’s not all bees that are endangered, or even all bumblebees. What are some of the negative traits of the four houses?

Gryffindors can’t see past themselves or other people. They want to be right all the time, they want their opinions to be validated and won’t really care if you have something to say unless they find it agreeable. It’s a superiority vs inferiority complex that will always need to be asserted or vindicated. You’re either for them or they’ll argue until they’ve deemed you lost. Sometimes they won’t even be able to tolerate that you’ve had other ideas. They will remember you as the one who had dared to undermine them.

Hufflepuffs will try with so much difficulty to pacify and appease. They find ways to make certain behaviours excusable and will do so without thinking. Sometimes they think it’s the right and tolerant thing to do, but they just can’t find their ground. Their loyalty can be tried and tested, sometimes too often. Consumed by emotion, they are concerned with the pleasure and displeasure of others. They may even place their faith in the wrong hands, stepped back when they should have leapt forward.

Ravenclaws think there’s only one, certain approach to things. They know that other views exist, they just think it falls short of what can maximize someone’s abilities. It’s their way or if you disagree, they’ll find some other degree to make it seem like what you think is wrong. They believe that every element in life is of value and will not risk to sacrifice anything. When you entertain uncertainty, you jeoparidize what you have worked for. They’re too independent, they do everything themselves because you might compromise success.

Slytherins are too entitled, they think everything is theirs because they deserve it. They’ll even take it from you if they choose to, nothing is fair. Indulge and satisfy no one but themselves. Everyone is a competitor in the great game, they play as a team until it no longer suits their purpose. If circumstances place them at risk, they will not seek to protect you. There is no right and wrong, there is only order and if they’re not in control then they’ll create their own chaos until the will of reward or consequence is in their favour.

ok but real talk i am in full support of harry just asking ron to the dance with him and being each others “date” and having that be an ok thing instead of asking and then ignoring the poor patil twins who deserved better than that also i would have killed to see a yule ball scene where hermione’s talking with krum and turns around and sees her two best friends trying to do the tango (ron has a rose in his mouth and everything) and fucking tearing up the dance floor
