Shapes.. Shadows.. Details... I don't talk about this a lot. I am very self conscious about my back. I've suffered from daily debilitating back pain all my life due to scoliosis that causes my back to curve and tighten. I work very hard at keeping it as straight as possible through yoga. But still I rarely ever let my back see the light of day, let alone a camera. This photo is part of my journey to let go of the insecurity I carry about it and accept myself as I am. @360cashmere #selflove
