I used to teach more than 10 Flow classes a week! Now I teach 3 Flow, 4 prenatal, 1 therapeutic, 1 senior and 9 private classes. .... hmm well š¤ I guess thatās a lot too- but itās way better on my brain and body! I had a beautiful send off from my @yogablend regulars this morning! 20 yogis came out to see me off before taking a month off to celebrate my wedding and honeymoon! When I arrived at the studio, ten of my students formed an āaisleā for me to walk down to open the door to the studio! And I wore my āFuture Mrsā headband and āBride to Beā sash the whole class!!! I also had my students walk down the āaisleā (yoga mat) with me several times in class!! Thank you my friends for playing along and cheering me on for this next big step forward in my life! Iāve been teaching yoga to this woman for just over a year. Her persistence and growth is inspiring as her body awareness and strength has improved tenfold.
