Why? His prior Counsel filed 1 Patent app incorrectly (they received missing parts notice then expired and they filed the wrong TYPE of patent 🤦‍♂️). Same prior Counsel files 2 Trademarks incorrectly (received office actions and DEAD). To date, we secured capital to fund the IP, filed 2 Design Patents and 4 Trademarks for the brand.
