suavis; adj. [latin] kind, sweet, delightful
☼ Indie Gou Matsuoka, previously known as kouthemanager! ☼ Para, multi-para, one liners, etc. ☼ Mun is of age, so nsfw is a-okay. ☼ OC friendly! ☼ Trying to revamp this blog, so don’t feel scared to message me!
Changed my url, just to let you guys know! Suavis means kind, sweet, and delightful in latin and that described Gou well, so I figured why not! Especially since I’m revamping things.
beige x pink
I’m gonna try to come back to this account and revamp it a bit ^^ I also turned 18 a few weeks ago, so I’m officially an adult now! How exciting, haha.
Siblings are great! I’m 100% sure the feeling is mutual, Rin. :’) If you’re gonna tell me that the Matsuokas didn’t go on a brother-sister date on Rin’s birthday wearing matching clothes, then I’m gonna be so disappointed. Needed a breather so redheads it is!

Sweet sleepover! @kouthemanager
Nagisa was happy to lace his fingers with hers once they were so perfectly snuggled up like this. The blonde couldn’t help but notice how thin and gentle her hands were and he found it to be cute. Once again, he just couldn’t understand how girls had the power to be so cute without even trying.
"Oh, a beach scene…" The boy spoke quietly against the sounds of the movie, hoping not to be too disruptive. "It always reminds me of the trip we all took to the beach… We should do that again."
The suggestion made Nagisa think about how Gou had once said that she couldn’t swim, and how he had once offered to teach her… The subject seemed to be a sore spot for her, and secretly he hoped that one day she would feel comfortable to open up to him about it. Maybe it was a little selfish to think that way but truthfully it was just because he cared. Being able to swim with her some day would be a dream… Though of course, he wouldn’t want to push her into anything she wasn’t comfortable with.
"You okay, Gou-chan?" Nagisa asked once more, since that last scene seemed to surprise her so much. He couldn’t help but wonder how she would handle the rest of the movie.
— ◇◆ Gou nodded her head and smiled gently, letting her head rest against Nagisa's shoulder. "Mmm, yeah. The beach would be nice," she agreed. For as much as swimming scared her, she really did love the beach. She enjoyed the sun on her skin and simply watching the water from afar. She also enjoyed the feel of the sand below her feet and between her toes. There was something calming about it, although she wasn't exactly sure what.
Nagisa's question came as a bit of a surprise to her, but she simply smiled as she turned her gaze to the blonde. "Yeah, I'm alright. I'm tougher than I look, you know!" Those words probably weren't super effective, given the situation, but she didn't care. "Besides, I have you here." She was blushing softly, but it was true. With Nagisa by her side, she felt much better. And to be completely honestly -- she felt like she could do anything with him by her side. She wouldn't mention that quite yet, though.
"So I'm okay, no need to worry about me." She gave his hand a little squeeze under the blanket, before turning her crimson gaze back towards the movie. Besides, she did know that it was just a movie -- even if her scares would probably make people think otherwise. She couldn't help herself from getting scared and giving a reaction though, her body did it on its own. She wished she could be one of those people who simply flinched when something scary happened but, unfortunately, that was not the case.
As Gou ran her thumb over her boyfriend's hand, the scene changed once more. It was a night scene, which caused the redhead to hold onto the arm she was leaning on -- she was simply preparing herself. But the scene seemed rather quietly, the only one home the pregnant wife of the main character. Gou couldn't even remember her pregnant before. Had she always been? She must have been, but it showed how much she'd been paying attention to details.
Just when she thought the scene was going to be done and over with, the wife seemed to be going into labour. But there was something strange about it, as it didn't appear normal to the wife or to Gou. Before long there was blood everywhere and they were giving a full view on what was clawing and being pushed out of her.
The redhead's eyes were wide. She definately didn't think this movie was gonna be this graphic. The scene was horrifying and made Gou a little nauseous.

The sun was up, but the weather was chilly; winter was approaching fast. Fortunately, Sousuke was off for the winter break from his university and had return to Iwatobi a few days ago to stay with his aunt and uncle. Normally, the ex-swimmer would have stayed in Tokyo, but he had been away from his hometown for a while now. It would be nice to meet Gou and the others. However, he was unable to contact anyone because his uncle needed some help in the shop as soon as he arrived. Sousuke was too busy the past three days to go out and greet anyone.
Eventually he was off the leash once everything was settled down at his uncle’s shop. Given the opportunity, Sousuke headed out towards Iwatobi High School, hoping he’ll run into Gou and surprise the girl. It was almost time for dismissal time anyway.
Standing outside the gates, Sousuke looks out for the maroon-haired girl, frowning slightly when he fails to see her. He’s reluctant, but when he sees Nagisa and Rei he decides to ask the pair where Gou had gone off too. Of course the greeting took a lot longer than he had wanted, especially with Nagisa’s prying question about how college was, and if he ran into Makoto a lot since they both attended Tokyo University. It was almost as if he and Nagisa were best friends since childhood.
”Ehh? Gou-chan? She didn’t come to school."
”We were going to visit her at her house but she wouldn’t pick up the phone. We’re kind of worried. She kind of seemed off yesterday too."
It definitely wasn’t like Gou to skip school. Sousuke knew her long enough to know that. The only time she wouldn’t show up was when she was terribly ill. Sousuke lets out a soft sigh, thanking the two and assuring them that he’ll go check up on Gou. There was a good chance she wasn’t home, but it was on the way back to his aunt’s house.
And well… Since Rin was off to Australia, Sousuke felt personally responsible for Gou’s well being.
Upon arrival at the Matsuoka residence, the teen rings the doorbell, waiting for a response. “Gou..?”
— ◇◆ Gou didn't know how long she'd been crying on the floor before the sound of the doorbell echoed around the empty house. It surprised her, as she hadn't been expecting any visitors today. Although it wasn't that far-fetched that someone would come to her house, seeing as she stayed home from school. Hana-chan, Rei, or Nagisa may have come over to see she was okay.
The redhead didn't want to see anyone though, she just wanted to curl up and away from reality. She felt numb... like everything from the past while was just a bad dream.
As much as she wanted to leave the person at the door, she knew that she shouldn't. There was a chance that they'd contact her mother, who didn't know that she'd stayed home from school. And she really didn't feel like explaining herself to her mom at the moment.
Gou pulled herself up and off the ground, legs shaky. She wiped her eyes with the back of her hands. She just had to act normal, like she was home with a cold.
Her stomach churned at the lie.
Leaving the bathroom, she completely forgot about the pregnancy test that had fallen to the floor.
Walking through the house and to the front door, the redhead felt empty. It's like her brain refused to stop processing her situation. She felt like she was looking in at her life, instead of directly partaking in it. The reveal of her pregnancy had given her a big blow -- one she wasn't taking well.
She opened the door with a shaking hand, eyes raw and puffy from her earlier crying. "S-Sousuke-kun?" To say she was surprised to see him was an understatement, but this definitely wasn't good. Sousuke was always able to tell when something was amiss with Gou and, right now, she was rather unstable.
Sweet sleepover! @kouthemanager
"Heh… You did jump, Gou-chan." Nagisa chuckled a bit. Hopefully the movie that they chose wouldn’t scare her too much, but she was acting rather cute this way. As long as she didn’t seem too upset, things were okay, right? They were together, after all… And it was just a movie.
The blonde leaned back a bit and slid his arms around the girl affectionately. “Oke-doke… Heh, I’m not against that at all.” A gentle squeeze was also given in his hug before he turned his glance back to the television screen. It seemed like a quieter scene now, so that was good.
Nagisa moved to gently rub Gou’s back with a hand without even thinking about it, really - though he couldn’t help but notice she wasn’t wearing a bra. Well, sure, she was in her pi’s… why would she wear one? Still, he was a little embarrassed for thinking about it, so he shifted to just allow Gou to rest against him instead, wrapping the blanket around the two of them.
— ◇◆ Curse her liking of horror, but fear of it. It was something that was quite contradictory and in Gou's opinion, sucked a lot. Honestly, she really did like horror movies and found them interesting. The same went for urban legends and just about anything horror. The only downside is that she got frightened rather easily, making her enjoyment of the genre something that caused her pain as well.
Some may call her a masochist, but that really wasn't it. She didn't enjoy making herself scared in the slightest. It was hard to explain, really.
She felt Nagisa begin to rub her back, the motion actually working in calming her down. She found that being in the presence of those she trusted often made her less scared and a physical touch went a long way with calming her down -- whether it be a hand on the shoulder, holding hands, or rubbing her back. It could be anything really, as long as it was by someone close to her.
If it was someone she wasn't comfortable with, it'd definitely have the opposite affect.
When Nagisa stopped moving his hand, she was a little confused as to why, but didn't say anything. Instead she got comfortable against him once more and reached for his hand underneath the blanket, grasping his fingers with her own.
She turned her gaze to the television again, thankful the scene was a quiet one. The current location was the beach, the main characters gone there on their day off. A few dozen people lined the beach as well, which let Gou relax more. Nothing scary would happen with the setting like this.
