the genocide is now as bad as it has ever been and more undeniable than it has ever been. israel is doubling down on starving every gazan and destroying every remaining piece of infrastructure until they leave. and humanitarian workers who have had access to gaza before - including WFP, WCK, UNICEF are being prevented from gaining access by israel. if you've ever seen images of kids with pots clamoring at kitchens that usually accompany articles on "looming famine in gaza" (as though it is a natural disaster and not an imposed famine by israel in gaza) then you should know that those kids have been showing up and finding nobody there, because the stores have run out and the volunteers are being prevented from access. now is the time to talk about gaza, and more importantly now is the time to point the finger at the state of israel that is committing genocide openly, audaciously, hatefully

I know Miss Sherlock fanspace is a long-dead thing, but the series had hit me at such a critical time that it left a permanent mark on my heart. And every once in a while, I search for the Miss Sherlock novel, unable to buy its physical copies or download it. (I dont know Japanese, but I think I'd be fine with google translate-ing each paragraph, considering that I had the determination to compile all the translated bits I found on Tumblr.) Then I remember you and your translations, with the slight hope that perhaps you'll revisit the novel one day.
More often than not I'd find this blog vacant, but now that I see some recent reblogs, I felt the need to tell you about this.
Hi anon, this is very sweet. I'm always excited to talk to fellow fans even when the fandom is no longer active.
Unfortunately I'm not the one who translate the novels :(
I don't speak Japanese and the translation work was done by other, brilliant, fans. I only reblogged them
I can't say much about the novel itself, however if you're still looking for it, perhaps you can try finding them in Japanese bookstore like Kinokuniya etc. I found a copy many years ago but I don't know if it's still there
In the meantime, if you're interested to talk about the series, my inbox (and my chatbox) is always open
