My name is Felix [He/They] and I am your script writer.
The Subject series is a series I am working on writing that has 2 full seasons I have created in my head, credit to my maladaptive daydreaming I have fully animated and voice acted it in there as well, I know my characters very well. If you wish to know more information go to my main @autumnstar06 on the tag #Subject series rant everything under there is for my series
[Asks] open to any asks, if something is being said by me there will be no quotes and will be #out of character
If something being said is in "quotes" a character is talking if they are in 'these' a character is thinking.
[Note] that most characters are minors and so is the creature who runs this account, suggestive jokes are not minded, they are still teenagers and can handle jokes and banter like that
If you need to ask for clarification on anything please do so I don't mind, also yes all my 'characters' are ocs I just prefer to refer to them as characters

Steven took a step back from where the angel like ghost stood.
“You can either walk through the doors behind me and be done, or you can go back to any point in your life and change one thing... Be careful, you can never predict the consequences of the change you make.”
“Send me back.” He gritted out fiercely, glaring daggers at the stranger before him. "Send me back to him!"
Orion nodded gracefully, morning for the stranger. He wished he too had gotten a choice to stay alive. Maybe then this wouldn't have happened (it probably would have, but he likes to think it wouldn't.)

The first second was quiet, devoid of life and suffering. A fake safety that died all too quickly. Agony roared in its veins, a horrid stabbing was the only thing Steven could register in his state. Crimson leaked from his shoulder, bullet still logged deep in his flesh. Gasping breaths escaped his throat, replacing tears he would not let fall.
'Weapons don't weep.'
It's senses blurred together, vision failing it, lungs shaking, mind broken and gone. Only the cold unforgiving stone stained so red he was certain he should be dead. As much as it tried it stayed, like a fox caught in a snare, like it had lost control over its own body. Was it ever really his?
He was alive. But barely.
The pain alone should be enough to kill him again, maybe it would. Even if torture was normal to it now. Eight years will do that to you.
Gritting its teeth Steven tried to regain some bearings, forcing his body --through all the pain-- to roll over. Trying to process something, anything, other than the hurt.
Alex.
A broken gurgled cry flew out, echoing around the room. The mixture off freezing stone and too warm blood sent violent shivers down his spine.
Alex.
A terrifying growl ripped through the fog, it clawed at the ground as if that would help it move.
'Get up.'
Steven gasped as it crawled, horrible breaths escaping as it forced itself to the door.
'You would do anything to keep yourself alive, wouldn't you? Subject 7?'
Tears welled up at it's eyes. Useless. Always.
Steven hauled itself up against the door, using the handle for support. It leaned hard, working to rip one of the sleeves of his jacket, red in both fabric and crimson liquid now. At least it was his own. At least he hadn't killed selfishly again.

Alex kneeled beside the stone wall, old blood smeared on too much of it. His gaze was drawn onto the collection of numbers written in the corner, one to twenty, along with a triangle holding an exclamation mark within it over them all.
Caution.
It had to be.
The horror came from the blood over them, carefully laid into so many of them, crossed out. Dead.
Because who remained?
1, 4, 7, and Caution.
His eyes fell on the four numbers that were crossed out with the same black that drew them in the first place, 5, 17, 19 and 20.
He didn’t get much time to speculate over it before the cellar door scratched open again to reveal the murderer.
--★--
He should run. That would be smart. He would if he could but it hurt.
Every step felt like a challenge, every breath like a punishment. Still it moved, for him. Even if he wanted Steven dead.
"I couldn't just leave you in here!"
"You had no trouble trapping me back here last time! Now is no different."
Bile rised in its throat. Please. I don't want to die.
Even his wings ached, of course the limb attached his shoulders hurt. It was already lost enough in this facility, why did it have to be lost in its senses and thoughts too?
For once Steven wouldn't be selfish, for once he would save someone else's life, even if…even if it killed him. Shivers wracked through him at that thought. Why should he die? What made his life less valuable?
…What made all their lives less valuable then his?
A murderer shouldn't stay alive. A weapon so dangerous must be disarmed.
--★--
Blood curdling screams echoed around the space, bouncing off the walls and tripling in volume. Alex's veins felt like they were on fire. Serving to leave every bit of his being shaking.
Stop.
His screams wouldn't stop. Screams no one would hear but him. Not a single soul could stop him.
I'm sorry.
Alex writhed in the hurt pulling at the unforgiving chains clasped around his wrists only made it hurt tenfold.
"You should be happy he'd dead." Icey blue eyes met his, no smile nor scowl nor pity on his face.
Alex heaved through the unrelenting torture. Gasping without words.
"Didn't you try to kill him?"
Tears trickled down his face. Stop.
"Don't you want him dead for what he did to you?"
Stop! Please…
The cold hands pulled his chin up, collecting the tears, screams and pleases. Forcing Alex's head still through the trembling.
"You made me kill my best subject you know. I wonder if you know what punishment could fit that crime."
"I'll show you in time, but…I think I'll let you live for a little longer. Make the message, stick."
Alex wasn't sure how much more his body could take, not used to pain like this.
The message was sticking alright. This isn't the worst he could do to you. Steven's been through worse.
He regrets so much.

Steven Leigh Falcon
SUBJECT#07
Failed experiment: Fang development
Failed experiment: Strength increase
He shouldn't need a weapon to kill, not when it itself was a weapon. A useless weapon. No fangs like Jay, no nonhuman strength like Caution.
In some ways he was the closest to human, out of all the subjects.
It would never call itself that. Not after all it did. It was the least human of all.
The screams got louder the closer to his old cell he got. Soundproofing not enough to dampen all the terror they held. What use was a weapon he would never find? He would be a coward again, be selfish again if he let Alex die.
The unlocked door clicked open, quiet compared to the rest of the room. Stevens eyes locked onto Alex, collapsed on the floor, chains over his wrists, head kept up from that hand.
Something primal took over Steven at the sight. All previous pain evaporating within a second. Eyes wide on its target it lunged. In a flash dragging Zack towards it to throw the man off balance. Steven pinned him onto the ground, applying as much of his weight he could over Zack.
Bite. His mind screamed, and for once he listened to the urge.
Human teeth sank into his tormentors neck, killing any cries that escaped as he drowned in his own blood. Getting a grip Steven tugged over and over till the skin gave, till the blood was enough to tell them, Zack's dead.
Steven remained there gasping, heaving in pure disgust and horror on himself.
'Are you proud of yourself?'
Sounds blurred into nothing but static, waves of sorry flooded his thoughts. Tears welled up in its eyes, gasping and sobbing, still pinning Zack down with his lower half. The pain came crashing back over him in waves, gripping out groans as its mind tried to control the pain.
It was over.
Soon the tears came quicker dripping down his face too fast, too much. Sobbing over the life he'd took.
Why was he crying over the death of his abuser? Why was he crying over the death of a murderer worse than him. Why was he crying over the person who turned him into a monster?
(CONTEXT: Steven and Alex are both human experiments, Zack was in charge of Stevens experiments, in my normal series this takes place when Zack is threatening to kill Alex in order to get Steven to surrender. In this instead of Alex dying Steven got shot instead, leaving Alex to be tortured and later killed (since he is useless to Zack. The numbers on the wall are all the subjects (Steven is SUBJECT#07 and Alex is SUBJECT#01) funfact 17 isn't dead! Zack just didn't want them finding him
Also Steven's only 17 years old and Alex is 18, they were both kidnapped as kids
They used to be friends till Zack took control of Stevens experiments. One time when he was 10 Alex escaped but Steven was sent out to bring him back or Zack would kill him, he has killed many people in order to stay alive but only has killed 2 of the subjects (5 and 19) and is very guilty about that.
Alex used to have a crush on Steven (Steven never liked him back) and Alex is very mad about Steven being selfish, trying to stay alive even if it will cause others to die. Steven saving Alex's life is the first time he has dirrectly put himself in danger knowing he may not make it out alive
Steven has it/its pronouns in some scenes because all the subjects were dehumanized but especially Steven (being called a 'weapon') so that’s to show he thinks of himself as not human anymore! He also has wings and a tail btw- so does Alex)
(OH and once they escaped (a month before this) Alex found Steven and tried to kill him in anger, he failed but now Steven has a scar on his left cheek (Alex got recaptured after that and Steven left camp forest to try save him (im not explaining camp forest that’s too long))
*VIII nods as he fidgets with the straps of the bag*
It is… I do believe we haven’t met before? Who are you, then?
*He asks politely, using up all his courage for this one interaction. The man could barely remember how he got here. He chalked it up to Sleep’s will, because that was the only thing that made sense.*
[Context: Caution tries writing at camp Forest + memories (also he hallucinates Zack)]
'Chained up and useless mutt'
Caution huffed, siliva dripping down to mix with blood, scraped into the stone he lay on. Thrown down to lose his fight quick, not that he ever had any.
'Such a whiny bitch'
Caution growled, tightening the grip on his the pencil.
'Never able to do as you're told'
A glitches distorted voice plays behind, Caution whips around to Zack.
"It's simple really,,"
"All you have to do," Caution stills as Zack leans to whisper in his ear, "is die."
