Imagine #1
(Requested by my sister: It snows w/ Gally)
Snow day:
A shrill sound happened out of the corner of your hearing and you shoot up and out of your Hammock. Your jaw hitting a surprisingly cold ground, you open your eyes and look around. Lifting yourself up from your sprawled position on the ground, you wobble to your feet.Â
“(Y/N)!” Calls a loud voice, “Come look!”
You shake your head and rub your jaw, brushing off a slightly wet substance. Looking down in confusion, your eyes widen almost as big as the plate of dinner you had last night. You look up to see Chuck looking at you with happy eyes.
“It’s-” He beings but you cut him off;
“Snow!” You finish, “It’s snow!”
Crouching down and placing your hands in the cold substance, you look up when another shrill sound happens. You can see the younger Gladers all playing in the snow with what seems to be some of the older Gladers. You look around in amusement to see Alby and Newt standing inside Homestead, away from the falling snowflakes. Grinning from ear to ear, you shovel up two perfect round balls of snow, and throw them as hard as you can at the Leaders of the Glade. Both of the snowballs hit them. Newt in the gut and Alby.. in the face.
With two loud yelps, they look around blindly at whoever sent the cold circles flying at them.
“Four!” You yell loudly which causes the whole Glade to look at you.
Still grinning, Alby and Newt frown at you. Newt is the first one to crack. He bursts into laughter and limps after you as you soon start to run away. Alby stays where he is, attempting to keep an angry face but just can’t help it.
“Get back here!” Yells Newt.Â
“Never!” You yell back, “Take that!”Â
You scoop up another ball of snow and attempt to throw it at Newt but it hits someone else. Someone who doesn’t look happy.Â
An angry, heaving body turns around and glares at you. Your eyes widening, your mouth opening, ready for explanations, you get ready to run. Suddenly, the deeply frowning Gally turns to a face that you’ve never seen before.Â
Grinning from ear to ear, he leans down and scoops up a ball of snow and flings it at your face. It hits you straight on the nose and you fall back downwards onto your back with a loud “oof!”.Â
“Oh gosh, (Y/N)!” Gally cries out, “I didn’t-”Â
You stand up shakily and frown at him. Turning to see the whole Glade staring at Gally in horror, they look ready to come to your aid. Sighing deeply, you reach down and grab another ball of snow. A smile appears on your face and you throw it at Gally’s face. It hits him straight in the forehead with a loud puff sound.Â
“That’s war!” He roars before beginning to run at you, causing you to squeak and run away laughing, the Glade continuing with their first ever snow day.
