This video shares one of my favorite SUPER SIMPLE centering journal activities that is a variation of the activity I learned from Dr. Lucia Capacchione during my year long Creative Journal Expressive Arts facilitator training in 2009. All you need for this activity is a couple of markers and journal or a piece of paper.

Here’s a perfect example of “innovation is hidden within mistakes”. I was throwing heavy due to a kink in my neck so I tried carving some weight off of a few pieces and it spiraled into a new style that I am crazy about!

The Astral Wave combo on a crystal mug is PERFECT! I’ve slowed down on this combo over the last few months but I’m thinking about bringing it back 💕.

I don’t even know what to say about this planter... it reminds me of Earth.

I’m absolutely smitten with the new Cosmic Grotto combo 😍😍😍. It was born out of the sacrificial mugs I empty my glaze brushes on (which are reserved for my Patreon patrons). I had an extra mug with black glaze so I used it as a sacrificial piece and it was EXCEPTIONAL.
