Another page!

Sorry this one took longer than expected, myself and Shiggy got kinda busy last month. And in the case of Shiggy, sick, too.

Which reminds me.

Just like the last page, @shigg315 helped me out with this one. He helped with the composition and paneling, and colored the backgrounds and did compositing.

This page was pretty fun to figure out. Got more room to breath than the last page which had an establishing shot and a slightly slower pace.

And with this page, we've officially remade the only page that was released after the first scene of Chapter 1 lol. But hey, that just means that all the pages from here on will be brand-new stuff.

I hope you all look forward to that!

Man, ten years. Ten whole years, and I didn't think this humble little blog would have gotten as big as it did even with the sparse updates. Perhaps to mark the occasion, I should provide some fangame lore that I don't think I've ever addressed:

In the Void, where the humble shopkeeper Cheerie and many others are stuck, there is a emptiness that threatens to consume those trapped within it. When you vanish from the thoughts of the world beyond theirs, when your birthdays are no longer recalled, when your loved ones can't remember your face, when you become just a flickering light in an unending dark, what is there for you? Memory, that is what is there for you. To hold onto cherished memories, to make new ones. So when you are trapped within that darkness, meeting the Forgotten, cling to those moments of the past, and look forward to moments in the future. Those brief smiles, the laughter, the tears. All of them are a part of who you are, and to lose them... Well, just keep them close. I know I will, and I hope you will too. Stay determined!
