hello! i haven’t read much fic for this fandom but here are a few i rly like, in no particular order:

anything by @hedawolf, obviously. her AO3 is here. just read all of it. there’s a lot of good soft sin in the canon-verse. respite is abt juls recovering from her kidnapping and also addresses the sergio shit and is my fav (unless we’re counting her demonic angst!fic which is only on tumblr rn. i think it has maybe given me a medical condition)

the “found” series by @ambs-writes is an AU series that i’m an ABSOLUTE HOE for bc angst is my shit. i reread bits of it basically every other day. part 4 just came out and it literally fcking killed me!!!

i was made for loving you, also by @ambs-writes, is a canon-verse fic that i come back to all the time too, it fills in the blanks right after val’s tv confession and it’s a lil fluffy and a lil angsty and i love

love me (for what might or might not be) by meanstoflourish is a canon-verse fic about val and juls discussing marriage and children, and it’s so full of relationship angst which i usually don’t read but it’s so faithful to their characters and the love they have for each other that i can’t even be mad at them for fighting

costa rica by kwillow19 is an AU where juls works at a vacation resort that val’s family visits. it just updated and there’s only one chap left. there are adaptations of my fav canon scenes and also cute beach moments!!!

she’s with me by @redbeautyskimmonsftw is a coffee shop AU based on @valvaldes’ post, where val gets a job at juls’ family coffee shop and sergio is insufferable so they give him a good gay (metaphorical) slap in the face

something cosmic by @thatoneloser-kid is an AU where val and juls both go to the same school. juls’ only friend is a dog but the dog loves val! they go star-gazing together!!

You know, I was partially pleased with this additional footage just because in the original scene I remember thinking “where is the zipper, Miss genius designer Juliana?”

Cause when she brushes her hair aside, there’s no zipper. So, for science, I was forced to imagine Juls ripping it off with her teeth.

Then they revealed the zipper was at the bottom this whole time, and I was like “you brilliant beautiful bastard. Val could have totally reached that herself with those long noodle arms, but I will accept this gift of intense lower back longing.”
