Having friends equally invested in astrology is really fun cuz it's like 12 secret insults with near infinite flexibility in use. If i call someone a out for being a Pisces they know exactly which piscian qualities im calling them out on - cries durring sex, too much neck fat, a bit much at parties, probably has a dead dad, etc. the meaning is only decipherable by those in the know, but the person hearing the insult knows its deeply personal, especially if they don't believe in astrology.

To strip someone of individual agency and place it all on the circumstances of their birth? Well that's not really astrology but its a really savage bite for sure!

Yesterday I had a friend tell me how one of her close friends has a whole bunch of succulents, and she has given each one the name of her close friends.
