At hearing the compliment, the older scientist scratched at her hair bashfully.

"For a guy, maybe, but I’m… not exactly a guy," she sighed, leaning forward in a ‘thinker’ position. "It’s just too much of a hassle to go through the process of legally changing it."

"If I had heard of ‘zubats’, I wouldn’t be asking what the hell you are, kid," she rolled her eyes. "… How old are you, anyway? Do zubats have a similar lifespan to humans?"

"Why's that? I don't think that doesn't make it less cool," he said, looking confused. "I think Zachary is a good name, though I get lots of nicknames too," he says with a weak chuckle. But his smile faded as he made a bit of a whining noise. "I don't know.. I think so. I'm sixteen."

Sorry-! But hiatus

(( I caught up on replies today, but also come with bad news. With school just around the corner, along with a dwindling muse, I've decided to put Zachary on an indefinite hiatus. I need to figure out my school load and stuff to see if I can get back to this blog! But until then, sorry but I'm going to be terribly inactive;;; ))

Willow chuckled at his expression, placing her hands on her hips, “How about chocolate dipped strawberries? Very popular in the shop here…” In a instant, a coffee cup appeared out of nowhere, a light pink glow surrounding it. It sets itself down as a kettle floats to it and pours a brown liquid, disappearing after its job was done. “Would you like some hot chocolate in the meanwhile?” she smiled, totally oblivious to the fact that the kettle just poured a cup of hot chocolate…by itself.

"OH, yeah yeah, that sounds delicious!" he said, kicking his feet a bit. He was a bit surprised when a coffee cup appeared out of nowhere, and continued to stare in awe as a kettle poured liquid into it. He reached out to try and touch it, but it disappeared before he could. "Woah, that was neat! Was that telekinesis??" he took the cup despite the odd spectacle, sniffing it a bit before sipping it. "Wow, so good! <3" he said, really happy.

"I don't see why that makes a difference. It's still a cool name, whether you're a guy or a girl," he said, looking a bit confused.

He laughed a bit weakly. "Yeah, I suppose that's true.. Though, it's a bit weird.. a lot of people know about zubats. How far away from home did I get..?" He tilts his head back towards Trent. "A zubat is a type of pokemon, that's what I am. A pretty common one at that." He shifted a bit to get more comfortable. "Hm, oh, I guess.. I'm 16. Though in terms of levels, I'm two levels higher than that." He smiled a bit. "Not too long and I'll evolve."

*Laughs a bit* I do think a lot right? I think I overthink things but maybe that’s just me thinking to much yet again.

And ah, yea maybe one day you should visit a city! I’d like to believe lively cities are much safer than wandering around out but yourself since they have more people, unless that’s… exactly what makes them more dangerous. All those people living in close quarters…

And yea. I think most places always look unique in one way or another…

And the same goes with caves! But caves are a bit frightening to me… it’s really dark in ‘em and easy to get lost in… and not to mention accidentally bump into someone who doesn’t want to be disturbed…

I was thinking about it really! Hmmm.. well really, I'm used to being around a lot of people cuz of my family! I think that would be better than being out by yourself. Plus, if something bad happens, with more people there, someone would see it wouldn't they? *grins* I can't imagine! Each city looks different from the next- just like caves!

*he smiles a bit sheepishly* Yeah, a lot of people don't like caves because they're dark and easy to get lost in. And a lot of scary pokemon live there too.. but I grew up in one, so I guess I think they're pretty special! *laughs*

If you want, you’re welcome to come anytime. I’m sure that Onee-chan wouldn’t mind.” Zuzu wrapped her arms around his neck; hugging him with a giant blush across her face

"Well, you like someone enough to consider them like family. I think that's worth something right?" he said with a grin. He squeezes her in his own hug and sports a wide grin. "Of course! I'll definitely come visit sometime! That would be so much fun!"

Willow smiles sweetly at him, taking him by the hand and leading him into her shop. “No need to thank me, always a pleasure to see new people over here!” She guides him to a empty table, brushing her pink locks from her face, “What can I get you? Anything in particular you’ll like?”

"Yaay!" he exclaims as she takes his hand to lead him into the shop. "Wow, it's really pretty!" he says, coming inside. As she leads him to an empty table, he hops into the seat, swinging his legs a bit as he sits. "Uuuummmm.. I like candy- Oh, chocolate is good! Or well, I do like berries too.. Hmmmm.." His eyebrows furrow underneath his long bangs as he tries to think of something specific that he'd like.

M-me silly? *cocks head to the side a bit* I never would’ve thought of myself as silly, how am I silly! I like to think i’m pretty. Serious and what not.

Ah… Big cities can be pretty fun sometimes. I don’t really like staying there for too long, the grand amount of people in a area tends to make me feel a bit irritated after a bit closequartersandall, but you can always find what you need and never know what you’ll find too! Cities at night can always be either extremely lively or unbelievable dead aha… it just depends what kinda city you set your sights on. The nightlife of lively cities can be pretty interesting. And the lights that are usually set up always look beautiful but they never compare to the lights of the stars that I feel they try to imitate sometimes. 

O-whoops aha. Went on a bit of a tangent. Still though, it seems kinda unbelievable that you’ve never managed to stumble upon a city at any point!

Oh, lots of people-! *astonished* I like seeing lots of people! It reminds me of my family *giggles* Lively cities sound interesting then! Though, lots of lights make me tired. Oh- I have come across cities before, I haven't actually been in one-! Ah.. Union cave is near a small town but that's it- and I rarely left the cave to see it myself! I mostly like exploring caves anyways hehe! Caves are super interesting too! There's never two that look exactly the same!
