thinking of making a story about the whitsantos apartment and how the 2 grow from s1 to present w/ each chapter being about it's own thing, kinda like a sitcom
okay can I be honest? this was probably my least favorite episode. It was kind of a nothing burger?
I cannot care for duke. the conversation outside could have been cut in half. also i don't like the flirting he did with the nurse. While I understand that they're trying to push duke off as someone that's making robby open up about his harmful ideations, THEY. FOCUS. TOO. MUCH. ON. HIM.

Did u know that robby's bike gets more screen time than samira? pissed me the hell off. we have one more episode and i think they won't touch on what's gonna happen to samira and they're going to try to explain what happened next season like they did with collins (BRING MOTHER BACK)

also, dark thought: what if samira misinterprets robby's words and that brings her to the edge literally?
the frank and dennis "fight" was so cringey. also hard to follow with the references that I did not know about. references aside, dennis could have simply confronted frank about the way he's treating him. it was needed in a way and i like how frank is slowly starting to get his footing
on the topic of frank getting his footing, HE SAVED THAT MAN'S LIFE! I was genuinely on the edge of my seat. this reminds me a lot of how robby gave victoria tough love and it worked out well. robby pushed frank as well here to "doctor up" and it worked out
also, cassie mckay is victoria's mother confirmed. cassie defending victoria? telling robby to back off and re-access the situation? eileen shamsi could never
victoria javadi, ily. her how commited she is to getting jesse and in general simply bringing awareness to how shitty ICE is. on top of that, she stood up for herself in front of robby, like #gagged. her and the night clerk baddie being friends too? thriving
baran al-hashimi, why the hell would you ever trust robinivitch with such vulnerable information about yourself omg.
so so so not prepared for the season finale cause either it's gonna be good, sad, or horribly bad. as long as no one dies pls pls pls no
starting off strong, I feel so, so, so bad for samira and orlanda + his wife/family. she's starting to have the same heavy breathing patterns from before so I feel like next ep, she might have a panic attack again (we'll come back to this).
The two new characters introduced this ep were great! First Nazely. She reminds me a lot of McKay and Whitaker and I feel like she'd be an awesome addition to the Pittlings. You know how they say Joy would love the night shift? I think Navely might like the day shift better. I loved the little moment where her eyes light up and she relaxes when Al-Hashimi talks to her in her native language. Wanna see more of her. AND THEN HENDERSON. Seemed like a super cool guy in the stills and lived up to my expectations. He reminds me of a mixture of Shen and Mohan: he's empathetic and knows what to say to calm a patient down while also being super chill.
The only thing that i liked Robby doing this episode was pushing victoria to do the neuro with Dr. Linda. Victoria is clearly rethinking her own capabilities and unlike Samira, he's trying to actually encourage her (HE SHOULD DO THAT TO SAMIRA TOO!). She seemed nervous but got the gist of it. I feel like she won't go into neuro and still no surgery in general but stay in the ED
Emma Nolan I love you. She's back in her limbo, if anything, not as nervous anymore and trying hard to do tasks. She's confident! Her soft moment w Digby literally made me cry. Digby's backstory is sad and Emma and Dana really shined in this part. It was a great middle part to make everyone cry (I tooooootally didn't). ALSO, her cute jean jacket :]. And how she was concerned for Ogilvie :[..... I lover her, pls come back home
The mel and langdon scene was cute and I will still push them as platonic friends till the day I die. I like how in s1, he was kind of advising her, and now she's advising him (How the turn tables). Also that cute little moment with Mel and the shredder. I just know that Isa was actually smiling, that was so funny.
I skipped the Dennis and Ogilvie scene. I did feel bad for Ogilvie.
FUCK MONICA! That look she gave Al-Hashimi and Navely when they spoke in a language that wasn't English? And her passive aggressive comments to Emma and Samira? How could you say that to Emma especially after she could have died. She needs to leave, computers are up and running
I skipped the Noelle scene. Yawn.
Samira and Henderson's scene was nice. If u haven't heard the news, Supriya Ganesh (who plays Samira) will not be returning for s3. I think they're making it seem like Samira might go into a fellowship after her r4, a MAYBE in radiology? or geriatrics? PLEASE, come back for s4 ER Barbie.
Also..... Please..... Why'd she just find out about the kidney stone patinet..... my baby :[ i just know she's gonna have a panic attack and I'm not ready for it
ROBBY, JUST LEAVE. I'm tired of him. I placed this at the very end because I was annoyed. The way that he was being rude to Samira, then proceeded to act WAYYY too casual about how Orlando's family in soooo much medical debt, not being blunt with Al-Hashim (this is NOT a detective game, just ask outright), then proceed to have a hissy fit over Duke (i love him too, man, but what about this "professionalism" you told Cassie and Samira about?), and then of course yelling at Dana.
Dana... Put Robby on psych hold and you'll be reincarnated as a Lotus Flower <3
