my name is maddy and i’m an architecture major minoring in french and physics in uni. my passion is oil painting, traditional art and design, and historical conservation. currently i work as a commission artist to make a small income while i study full time.
i created this blog to just post whatever and find people who mix with my vibes. here’s a little about myself:
i am bilingual, i studied the french language for 6 years going on seven. i passed my seal of biliteracy my junior year of highschool, and in my senior year i studied abroad and lived with a french family, also passing my AP french exam. now i study in uni and im currently pursuing an independent study in the language where i analyze french poetry and literature.
i have a lot of pets including 3 dogs and 6 cats. two of the cats and one of the dogs are mine but they stay with my family while i dorm. i’m a huge cat lover.
i struggle a lot with ibs and because of the “grossness,” theres a lot of stigma around it. i really want to normalize it because it really does effect people who have it and we don’t deserve to stay silent about our struggles.
i also have a lot of hobbies, i love to paint, crochet, play chess and sudoku, read. i would consider myself a nerd and try to focus on hobbies that allow me to learn and be creative.
some music i like to listen to is: deftones (my fav!!), HIM, flyleaf, evanescence, pierce the veil, korn, my chemical romance, radiohead, paramore, and the smashing pumpkins.
