noah-constantine:
Noah was standing while leaning down on the table as he disassembled a phone with a screw to try and fix what was wrong with it because the battery was not increasing at all, as this was one of his ways of earning money too. Raising his head for a moment, his eyes landed on a familiar face, someone who he wasnât that close but has spoken to her briefly back in Southside high or at the Whyte Wyrm. His eyes widened after the gust of wind sent the papers everywhere and he immediately let go of what he was doing and went over, picking up the papers on the floor. âI think I know youâŠâ Noah then looked down at her paper to see her name, âSue Stringly.â He slowly said with curiosity, handing her the papers.
The boy looked familiar to Sue, but she couldnât quite place where theyâd met before. She gave him a soft smile in thanks as she grabbed the papers from his hand. âYou might,â she said, shrugging. âThen again, I have a pretty generic face.â Sue turned around to walk away, but quickly turned back as a promise she had made to herself eariler that year echoed through her mind; make one friend. Doesnât matter who. Just talk to someone for godâs sake. âDo you, uh, want to come sit with me?â She asked awkwardly. âDonât feel like you have to, though.â She knew she was awful at interacting with people, but the only way to get better was to keep trying, right?
