Ok so I love the Eight of Spades art of Rocky and I’ve tried to figure out why he’s on that card specifically since he’s usually represented with the Ace of Clubs

And so far I’ve found out that the Eight of Spades has a lot of meanings:

- it’s an omen for fatal illnesses & infections (The infection could allude to his wound, but it’s mostly healed in the art)

- it means that plans will fail when an important moment arises, causing heavy losses (this could mean that he loses the booze on a big run, or a person close to him gets killed while on one)

- it means that the person wants to be admired (close to what he wants, it’s more acceptance than admiration)

soooooo yeah there’s a lot of ways his story could go
