What do your recipes taste like?

I was gonna be a smart-ass and say "food" but I decided that I'm too tired rn. They don't tend to be overly sweet (I dont like extremely sweet things- one of the reasons I'm not a huge candy person). Its kinda hard to explain (in all honesty I cant tell if this post is a joke or not), I tend to go for more sophisticated flavors and looks ig? My mom recently found out she has to go Gluten Free so a lot of things have changed in the house.
