i posted something like this on main but i need to expand here. crossover thoughts !!
so ive been obsessed with the apothecary diaries and of course maomao (shes so mecore) but i had an idea
a dr stone/the apothecary diaries crossover with suika as maomao’s apprentice. im thinking maomao somehow ends up in dr stone bc im not thinking enough to put suika in the apothecary diaries.
but think about it! suika loves learning and she knows the local flora and fauna really well, francois said so. suika also really like being helpful. and so having suika learning the skills of an apothecary is perfect for her!!
and maomao tends to befriend very outgoing girls on accident, it’s a perfect balance.
i might write something on this later but idk! ill probs make a tag for it cause ill have more rambles later
I may only be like halfway through this show but if anything happens to poor Suika I'm gonna petrify everyone on this planet and then myself

reading an awesome fic (terracotta) and the author had an amazing idea for suika’s real name.
in the anime (and in the manga, im pretty sure) suika’s name is said to be a nickname but we never see her real name. the author said her name should be Chitan (meaning titanium) because of how resiliant she is :D

Do you think that Suika has problem interpreting facial expressions cause she grew up seeing blurry faces so she doesn't know what feelings associate with each face?
ohhh definitely. maybe instead she’s better at picking up vocal cues? the helmet would’ve limited her hearing a bit, but it would be better than her eyesight
I have a friend who is the opposite jajajaja she is deaf so she has very good eyesight xd
Also could be like Toph from Avatar and feel the vibrations change on the earth beneath her, since she seems to know the forest very well that could be cool!
