Bismuth: Well, we saw the Diamonds' ship take off, so we're expecting that Steven's gem is with them. I say we simply go and take it back.

Peridot: By combining my specially reformulated Robonoid repair fluid and Rose's healing waters we can keep Steven's alive without his gem!

The Rose Water will preserve his organic components, while the Robonoid fluid will helps stabilizes his molecular integrity similar to how his gem would!

However, the fluid needs to be replaced manually every so often since it's removing the toxins from him.

Dr. : Oh, so it's a gem equivalent of like a dialysis machine?

Peridot: Um... Sure, I guess?

Oh, here. This device will help you monitor him and alert you of his condition should things go awry.

Bismuth: What do you mean, 'inevitable'.

Peridot: W-well… I- I … That is to say…. Without his gem, there isn't much we can do. Steven is half human, but he is still half gem.

Without his gem, Steven's becoming ill. The healing properties of his gem his body once relied on are non existent.

His body seems to be amassing toxins and his cellular structure is beginning to breaking down. He also seems to have multiple fractures to his internal frame structure.

Dr. Maheswaran: Several severe fractures on top of possible Hepatic or Renal Failure? Maybe even M.S.O.F. as well?

Bismuth: MSOF? Renal? Hep-Hepa-What?
