This is kinda old

Genya is in the infinite castle running around looking for the others (& his brother, this is also a au where they don’t fight upper moon 1 btw) after a Little bit of running he sees a prayer bead like gyomei’s genya walks over to the prayer bead picking it up then seeing a butterfly hair clip (while iris was fighting the demon her hair came undone) Genya walks over to that too picking it up then in the corner of his eye he sees a ||pool of blood|| as he followes the body he sees ||iris’s dead body brutally dismembered by a demon|| Genya just stands there in shock seeing ||his lovers dead body||

Iris has never been confident when it comes to getting stronger, always worrying about being too weak to save others or people she holds dear to her, iris hates having to patch up genya,kanao,and others after missions wishing she could’ve went with them to protect them, she knows she can’t protect everyone all at the time so when she faced with a situation where it’s either someone she cares for the most and loves or an innocent person having panic attacks like how tanjiro did but a little worse maybe, iris gets eye bages from sleepless nights even when she does sleep she usually gets nightmares of her past so she asks genya to stay and comfort her sometimes she only does ask when it’s really bad, iris mental state isn’t really the best she realates to zenitsu a lot hating herself but she mostly hates herself because she can’t show strong she really is ||iris’s bad mental state caused her to start cutting herself she makes to cover her arms as much as possible|| she hates herself a lot the , biggest reason why she hates herself a lot is because of her past

||iris’s death||

||if iris where to die fighting uppermoon one this is how she would die, when she trys to weaken kokoshibo by cutting his arm off she mange’s barely to cut off his arm before getting blown away into one of the buildings she notices one of her katanas was missing so when she looks up it gets thrown at her hitting her in the eye deep in the skull somehow she manages to get up and still fight, throughout the battle she gets left arm cut off, her head cut open, then her head half open when her dead body lands on the ground after the infinity castle breaks the building covering her||

||she dies before genya so genya sees her dead body while fighting||

A fact about iris

She hates physical touch’s like how jinx hates physical touch not feeling comfortable with it at all unless she genuinely feels comfortable, at peace, and trusts the person a lot

The only people can that give Iris physical affection are those’s she’s closest too like kanao, aoi, shinobu, genya, gyomei, and even maybe some of the kamaboko squad members after the finale battle so if iris lets someone give her physical affection it kinda shows how much she trusts that person depending on how much physical affection they can give her like holding her hand , giving a pat on the back, etc
