It's been a really long minute since I painted anything creepy. Luckily, the Prototype face reveal came along for practice. I wasn't a fan at first but now that I know who the character is I'm just like "Yeah...he would give himself that face." lol

Ending the year by doing a warm up and then whoops looks I ended up fully rendering it. New Years Resolution is drawing more self indulgent stuff and actually posting it. This is Silas, an oc from a story that I've been putting together whenever I zone out at work. I'm still figuring it out but through out it all he's been a sneaky fae like creature who is tired as hell.

Redesigns go! Tried matching Soul of Roses color palette. Kinda crazy to draw Gregory and my oc in a completely different way.
Also changing her name to Vivi/Vivian so she's no longer a sona. Though if she had a name like the other residents it would be Funeral Bat. More info on how she works in soul of roses later

Have this random assortment of character designs for things I'm working on in the back of my mind. I've been designing a lot of characters but these 4 are the most I'm pleased with.
To be fair to Muna, I don’t think they could like, have done much to help with the whole Abstraction monster situation, sure they could’ve gone looking for Caine but Pomni was already doing that, Ragatha couldn’t be dragged into a room without Muna getting glitched too, they certainly don’t have any chance against an abstraction monster, staying in their room was technically the most logical thing to do. Especially since they were under the assumption that the attack was by something Caine made, I would’ve stayed hidden in my room too if there was A. An abstracted monster around or B. A monster that could make someone abstract around. (Also I really like Muna)
@cherryblossomventi I'M SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG!!! Also you are absolutely right! There was nothing Muna could do that wouldn't result in them getting hurt too. Ragatha is asking a lot out of them.
However, Ragatha is upset that Muna heard people in danger and did nothing whether they thought it was something Caine made or not.
In the end, it's a complicated situation where there really isn't a right answer.
