It’s the way how the average woman wouldn’t want anything to do with a man who proudly states that he hates women and even makes jokes about harming them. The average person would feel rightfully uneasy about someone who jokes about harming dogs. And yet, not only have people adopted a personality that revolves around hating and wishing harm on children, but y’all weirdos have normalized it so much that you don’t see it for what it really is; gross and disturbing.

Kids who go to preschool do SO MUCH better, academically and socially, than those who don't. They're less likely to drop out of high school. It's why Seasame street was ever even a thing - a way to try and provide some leg-up for those who couldn't go to preschool.

Not to mention, the weight off the parents? If needed, they can return to work sooner/parttime if their kid is in preschool.

And preschools, since they are not publicly funded unless specified by the county (rare), are EXPENSIVE. So yeah, two free years of preschool can make a huge different to lots of families and have a lasting effect on future education.

Preschool can cost more than some salaries, which is part of why people (mostly women) leave their jobs to take care of their kids: it’s literally cheaper. This is great.
