It’s a joint effort. Sun points out ones he likes, brings them over to Blake for the final word. He might try to make a case about certain pumpkins, but he has too much fun wandering the patch with her, that he’ll put pumpkins that don’t meet Blake’s standards back and keep looking just to spend more time with her.
Blake’s the better of the two at it, and she takes over after the fifth time Sun manages to screw up. They end up wit a good system. Sun scoops out the pumpkin guts, Blake adds the design.
Gets scared and clings the other in a haunted house:
SUN. DEAR GOD SUN. He’s not a fan of horror. Probably got goaded into going through the haunted house. Ends up clinging to Blake throughout vast majority of it, eyes clenched shut, which she finds amusing, patting his hand, and comforting him after they exit. It wasn’t that bad. Says the one that didn’t flinch in the least the entire time.
Sun suggested it, but Blake isn’t one for going the nine yards for a costume. She’ll dress up, just nothing flashy.
Makes a cozy bed-fort to cuddle in:
Blake. She did it for herself, to be comfortable while reading. She never would have guessed Sun would make himself at home curled up next to her, chin on her arm, reading her book with her.
Steal’s the other’s candy:
Sun. Blake rolls her eyes and gives him a bit of shit for it, but she doesn’t mind as long as he doesn’t take her favorites. She ends up getting him back by taking her favorites out of his candy.
Accidentally gets lost in a corn maze:
Sun. Blake tried to tell him, but he insisted they turn left at that last fork instead of right.
Tells spooky stories to scare the other:
Blake. She’s frighteningly good at it, able to keep a straight face and still as she’s telling them, before giving a sudden movement and change in her tone at just the right part to scare the shit out of Sun.
Collects cool-looking leaves:
Blake. If she finds a rather neat looking leaf she’ll dry it and place it in a scrapbook. Sun took to finding leaves and bringing them to her for inspection.
