Time flies and so does Feather. It’s been already been exactly two months today that I met with my sister before she went off to hike her way trough from Mexico to Canada on the Pct. We are over a lot of emotional ups and downs on both sides, happenings that are unbelievable for her and incomprehensible for me on the safer side of the screen. Lately I had this irresistible urge to paint or draw on almost anything I can get my hands on and I have to say I find it amazingly fun! It’s been two weeks now, that we’ve taken part in a soul searching deep meditation with my soul sister. It was all just improvised, but we ended up making each other “sisters tattoos” with henna and exchanged our favorite rings- it was a pretty nice wedding ceremony ;p Now she’s on her second day of her long journey of the pacific crest trail and I’m excited, worried and a bit lonely all at once.
