My spouse committed suicide 💔

That night is forever etched in my memory as a source of sorrow. Our argument before I left that night and the lasting image of his distraught eyes as I pulled out of the driveway continue to haunt me. Upon returning hours later, I was met with the devastating realization that it was too late. I often reflect on that moment, wondering why I didn't intervene and why I failed to grasp the severity of his struggles. He had a troubled past, he struggled with depression and alcohol, yet I had grown desensitized to his hardships, so many years together and all the stuff we had been through, he was an alcoholic, he tried to quit so many times. In hindsight, I feel a deep sense of regret, as if I let him down in his darkest hour. 💔

It’s Naru and Gene’s birthday!!

SMALL TRIVIA: According to Fuyumi Ono, Naru and Gene are 3/4 Japanese and 1/4 Irish~ (She explained this when asked why Naru and Gene have black hair😅). Their surname before they were adopted was Griffith, so it seems their original first names in English are really Oliver and Eugene respectively! ☺️

If basing on the timeline the original novels were published, Naru and Gene could be 50+ years old now lol
