Hello everyone! I have the first redesign all finished up. Encre is next and should be posted in a few days. With that being said, let's get into the design!
(Also, I'm not quite that good at drawing full outfits, which is why Fallacies outfit is broken up.)
First we have the main look of the outfit.
I kept the pants black and boots brown, but now their lace up and have a heel to them. The cape I changed, so it now lacks the high collar, and has a red inside. I did keep the edge of cape similar, but with more harsh points. There's also a purple broach added. (The cape also isn't as long.)
Instead of a red shirt, I went with white instead with yellow buttons. It also has flared sleeves instead of the fitted ones of the OG.
I kept the vest black, but added yellow buttons. I went away with the cravet and instead swapped it for a blue bow. The OG design was good, but I'm partial to bows myself, so that's why it's there. (Historical accuracy, we dont know her.)
Now time for the eyes! I opted for a close up to color it better. I kept the eyes pretty simple, being just a plain red with black slits and blue markings around them. It's pretty similar to the original, but I got rid of the yellow.
Here's a close up of the hands. I kept it pretty similar but swapped the red for blue, and added gloves. The gloves are brown with black straps and are made to match with the boots.
Whew! That was a lot 😬. Hope I didn't bore you. I wanted to keep the designs similar, but add my own design prefences to it. I also wanted to keep most of the colors the same, but wanted them to sort of pair with eachother.
Example: Brown🤎 gloves with Brown🤎 boots, Black🖤Pants with Black🖤 Vest with Black🖤 Cape, Red Cape❤️with Red❤️ Eyes
Others colors such as the white🤍 were used to give contrast from the black vest and pants, the blue🩵 bow goes with his bones and marking, and the purple💜 jewel is for story purposes.
All in all, I'm overall happy with the design. I'll probably revist it in the future, but that'll be after I finish all the other characters. With that being said, next up is Encre and he should be up sometime this weekend. Below will be a quick summary of the design, and with that, have a goodnight everyone!
Summary: Fallacy is a tall skeleton with primarily black bones, but has blue and yellow on his hands and feet. He wears a white button up with flared sleeves and yellow buttons, with a black vest and yellow buttons. This is worn with a blue bow. The pants are black and are worn with brown heeled boots with black laces. These match his brown gloves with their own black straps. Over top it all, he where's a black cape with a red inside that ends in harsh points, adorned with a purple jewel at the neck. Additionally, Fallacies eyes are a striking red with blue markings around them.
