52 Weeks, 52 Monsters #17-The Terrible Toilet Worm

This one was inspired by the memory of the most godawful bug I ever saw.

It's mandibles were like a stag beetle, but over-under instead of side-by-side. Kind of like a Hercules beetle but I know there's none of those around here (northwestern nc). And I remember it's body wasn't beetle-like but more segmented, but it was way too bulky to be a centipede or earwig. And it hissed at me.

So yeah, if I had to choose one bug to not have access to my ass, it'd definitely be whatever the hell that was.
