I know I’ve been absent for a while, but I’ve gone through some difficult times with people, mostly because a friend I once very much trusted and loved. Sometimes people do things to protect themselves, and you get crushed in the process.
If you are ever in a situation with nasty people trying to push you into being a ghost, stay strong. People can be hurtful to you, and sometimes people who don’t even know the full picture take sides against you, and you think, ‘Oh how foolish you guys would feel if you really knew the truth.’, ‘Aren’t we way too old for this?’ but then, you just have to endure it. Sometimes you just want to give up and put everyone on blast. But let me tell you, continue to live your life, work hard, go to counseling, and most importantly be yourself. Even though it seems like the world is against you, you’ll realize those people are only but a fleck in your life, and the struggle they gave you only helped you to develop yourself into a better and healthier person. Besides, if you look around, theres always people who love you right there to give you a helping hand. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and I full heartedly stand by it and survived it. I’ll keep doing me, so do me a favor and you keep doing you!
