I really do think something not enough people acknowledge in seasalt trio relationships (however you interpret them) nowadays is how axel is absolutely not mature enough to handle having two kids who look to him for advice and guidance suddenly shoved in his direction and thats one of the reasons the trio falls apart jn the end. its one of the more interesting parts of his character
