About Me

I'm a hobbyist, mediocre artist at best, and wannabe-a-lot-of-things! I'm not a professional, don't plan on being! I do this 'cause it's fun :]

My commissions are OPEN but I don't have a proper sheet yet so. uh. awkward.

Right now, I’m focused on creating a bunch of content for my favorite media. But, in the near future, I hope to get into animation and programming so I can start working on my own projects, like an animated series of my own!

This one's the blog where I post shit like my fanart, shorter fics I don't feel like posting on AO3 (on my very secret account, it's very secret, no one could ever find me there), and, most importantly, stuff about my OCs and their little silly stories :3

Entering a new era can sometimes be very, very painful.

I don't touch watercolors for nearly a year after barely getting the hang of it, then stay up until 1 AM finishing what was just supposed to be a silly vent doodle... what an odd skill.

Knowing it's been 10 years...

I knowww I'm a teeny tiny bit late but! Better late than never! (coughs and side eyes my Murder Drones animatic)

I also could only finish this yesterday at NIGHT so the picture wouldn't have looked that good! Anyway. Rant be upon ye! (Alongside the process of this piece!)

Wowie... 10 years!! 10 years!!!! 10 years since Toby Fox made a game with only a laptop and some sticks while stuck in a room for 2 days!!!1!

I couldn't tell you exactly when I got into Undertale, because it came out when I was but a wee little Creature... I believe I might have seen my first fanart when I was 10! 10!!! Why. Why did I have access to the internet at 10

Not important! What is important is that, and I know I'm not the first to say this, Undertale gripped my skull and shook my brain around just to see what would happen. I've cried so many times because of this stupid game, no wonder I played it in full like 60 times or something. I remember being a tiny gremlin begging my brother to get the game for me!!

And honestly I feel like this anniversary in specific deserved a lot more than just a mediocre painting, but! I haven't had fun painting like this in a long long while! It was made with love and made me feel great, so I don't care, really! It's a thank you to the game that made me want to try making my own, it doesn't have to be perfect!

Anyway, I don't know whether I should thank the Undertale Fandom or not. It's... a little difficult to forget the worst parts of it sometimes! But I will attempt to anyway and thank everyone for the awesomest saucest fanart, the coolest AUs, the animations, the cosplays, the fake movie trailers, the fangames, the bad memes, the bad times, the good times, and above all, the cringe. Genuinely!

Here's the process of this painting since I really liked it!!!

The sketch! The sketch had me very happy since I was originally going to make something else, but it wasn't looking that great so I decided, to my own desperation and horror, that I would paint something. I came up with the concept last minute! It also had a very different quote, but I didn't like it, so...

The lineart! I will admit that if I had stopped here and just watercolored it, I would NEVER have posted it. This linework might have been the best one I've done on paper yet, but it doesn't change the fact that... it kinda sucks. You can also see that I was going to add the amalgamates to the right, but I ended up not liking that idea as much.

The first attempt at painting, or, well, at least the filling in part. I was... very scared when I started coloring, I was sure I would ruin it forever, but it was looking better than just the lineart so I kept going and honestly? I'm glad I did! I ended up really liking the result.
