Godrick has pretty misplaced strength. He's big like his dad, but he's despicably gentle. He knows his strength, especially over species that do not have the same natural abilities as him. When they flee to earth, he blends in perfectly despite his size. Earth customs and mannerisms aren't SO different from Viltrum.... Humans are very articulate and Godrick enjoys learning their ways. He doesn't enjoy school.....
At this point it had been years since they fled. Godrick was around 11 when his took him on an expedition to secure a rebelling planet, and the two were never seen again after that.
Evan found earth to be one of the more amusing places in the universe. Humans were emotional, unpredictable beings. It helped the infinite tightness in her chest; the guilt for what she had done. She had meant to go back, she had always meant to return. Everything started to change when her son began to grow up there, when he made friends, when he told her that he wondered what it would've been like if they were born human, and again when she was forced to involve herself in the Invincible War after he was put in direct danger.
Mark was less than happy to find out there was another Viltrumite on earth, and after agreeing to the GDA's terms they were allowed to stay.
Cecil's terms were as followed: 24/7 ear piece, a tracker on both of them, if even a whiff of another Viltrumite comes into the atmosphere Evan is to intervene immediately. And at the very least in return help continue concealing their identities, and allowing her son to stay in GDA headquarters in 'Times of Crisis'.

The fact that Conquest was an outsider on Viltrum despite being a perfect embodiment of the behavior they pedestalize says so much about how Viltrumites really feel about their culture.
They recoiled at the sight of what they were raised to believe is good because on some deep level they know that its fucked. Conquest was just what every Viltrumite would have ended up as after a few thousand more years. Deranged and lonely.
Lane and his father Conquest Youngquest a very, very very long time ago; Lane is around 20-25 here. Conquest is around 3000 here, since im personally assuming hes about 6000 years old.
I like to think that he did have a beard, he just pulls it off cuz he likes just the mustache LMFAO
watching the show has given a lot of us artists EXTRA juice to work on our invincible concepts, especially now that we're finally getting more indepth lore about them!!

Lane
Born sometime before the purge, he is among the last generation of Viltrumite to experience the empire pre-scourge virus.
He is one of a few of Conquest's children; most of his siblings ending up dead over the turning centuries., or remaining loyal to Viltrum.
Lane is relatively quiet, but pretty level when he does speak. Some would say his words border on the edge of weakness, just barely stepping over the line. Thragg chooses to see it as weariness, for now; the empire cannot afford execution without proper reason.
Lane does not have thoughts of betraying the empire, however with their dwindling numbers, and the emboldened attacks by the coalition; he sees his people dying, going into needless battle only to prove superiority. He tells himself not to think like a betrayer, it helps dim these thoughts of...helplessness....
Evan and Ashai
Both were born long after the scourge virus had passed, and left their people with nothing.
Their Parents are Thula and Lucan, the two were a very compatible match and had often been assigned their duties together.
Both girls were raised on Viltrum most of their life, until their split in personalities saw them separated.
While Ashai Received most of her training on Viltrum and was raised to be a scout; Evan was pushed in the role of enforcer early, on account of her prideful attitude and the lack of as a whole-- She was sent to shadow conquest through his planetary cullings, her training was not with discipline or method; she was taught to maim, to destroy with haste. She learned to eat when she could, what she could... She learned that recklessness what a key-component to her strength, that honor and respect are earned through the blood of the enemies of Viltrum; not truly out of loyalty but of instinct.
Their transgressions were forgiven, not because of any great fondness but because VIltrumites were few and far between; Conquest is a loyal dog, Evan was more of a stray.
Ashai spent her early life shadowing General Kregg. After being testing by her parents, Kregg saw great potential in both her mind and strength. She learns a very authoritarian approach from the Grand Regent, she learns temperance and discipline from General Kregg.
Ashai disdains her sister, though Evan is powerful her wild nature makes her more of a liability than it does an asset in her eyes; Thragg sees another destroyer who feeds on the thrill of disaster; a loyal beast who lives for the kill command.
Evan is not feral, just a little.....silly.
Godrick
Was born along the current Invincible Timeline, he's honestly just a little dude.
Godrick is the son of Evan and Lane. Godrick is Evan's life accomplishment, she's very involved with his training and daily life. Lane is relatively fond of Evan, so when she voiced she wish to raise and train their unborn child alone he didn't really mind. She wouldn't stray far from Viltrum; and he would test the boy as he got older.
This proved to be a bad idea. Evan coddled Godrick in Viltrum standards. Instead of fending for himself, he closely shadowed his mother. He learned fear, and hesitation -- too much observation caused him to rely on his mother protection and word.
Evan had made him smarter, but his strength is what matters; not his intelligence. Goddrick is very muscular, he's built for destruction, for violence.... And yet he offers mercy to his weaker opponent's, he lowers himself for those whose strength isn't equal to is, he lowers himself to a vulnerable level; which is dangerous for ALL Vilrtrumites; let alone a 17 year old boy.
Thragg is ready to separate them; Godrick is old enough to be tested and join his brethren in the battle for the last of their species. Evan isn't about to let Thragg use her son the way he uses his own children, and her fellow Viltrumites as war fodder.
Overall, Evan is the first to betray the empire. It isn't to preserve her own life, or to ensure the safety of the universe. She's simply trying to keep her son safe from the death she knows awaits him if Thragg forces him into battle. Now to find safety.....
