Italian anime openings are probably the most underrated key aspect of Italian culture. Even people who study Italian language and culture at university don’t know anything about Italian anime openings. How do I explain to foreigners that very few things bring Italians together: food, the World Cup and Italian anime openings.

This probably needs a better explanation: Italy is the Western country with the highest distribution of Japanese anime series, which have shaped the childhood of Italians since the 1970s. Italian anime openings are unique because they’re actually original songs purposefully composed for each anime that ever aired on television, and they used to be sung by the same two singers every single time. Sometimes they do concerts where they sing Italian anime openings, and you can find plenty of grown ass people who still remember the lyrics after all this time.

A tool that I’ve found is really handy is a called the Cash Clock. It’s a simple program that measures both the time that you’re working on a piece as well as how much money you should be earning. You can adjust the hourly wage to whatever you feel is right. Simply start the clock whenever you begin working on a project right up until you’re finished. It can give you a clear indication of what you should charge for commissions.

No artist should make below minimum wage for their artwork.

Looked into this and the posting dates check out. This woman has 17k followers and is stealing art from someone with a couple hundred. Call out obvious art theft when you see it, especially when someone is stealing designs and making money from someone else’s work.

So Uncanny Inhumans #11 comes out tomorrow. Everyone is going crazy because a new character is being introduced, and since we get comics early so we can do pulls for subscribers, I pulled one to buy later and glanced through it. And guess what I found.

SERIOUSLY MARVEL??? Of all the things to BLATANTLY copy, you copy W.I.T.C.H.?? Is it because it’s kinda obscure nowadays?? YOU THINK I WOULDN’T NOTICE?? I mean, take a look and compare from the pictures above. Ignore that the AI (Friday) is pink in hologram form.

So either Marvel artists are doing cookie cutter copies for designs, OR

W.I.T.C.H. could be coming back, coming back in the Marvel universe, since Disney owns Marvel now. The omnibus for the 15th anniversary recently came out, with more on the way, and no word about a FULL English translation. So this could be something good, or just a cameo.
