no offense but what about everyone who got tickets because the process worked well I think refunding everyone and starting over would piss them off especially if they dont get tickets this time around

sorry but if people who got LUCKY would be angry at redoing the system so 95% of everyone else who got fucked over can have a fair chance?? fuck them. this system was FUCKED. it needs to be entirely redone. 

and you know what, if it’s done properly?? then people not getting tickets won’t be the issue. gillette stadium seats roughly 65,000 people. there weren’t 65,000 people waiting for tickets. the reason people didn’t get tickets was because ticketmaster only put up a limited selection, and because most of the tickets they put up were priced through the fucking roof. 

the sale should be redone. with the tickets priced only from $50-$400 like it was supposed to be. either sort it by rep tour boosts like they said they would, or for the love of god just sort it by whenever people enter the waiting room. don’t let ticketmaster put out their bullshit platinum tickets at all period during a presale. open every fucking ticket to presale at the original prices. that’s the only fucking way to make this fair and to make it right.

also, i’m just thinking and realizing this - don’t think for a second that that queue taking hours was an accident on their part. Ticketmaster absolutely intentionally made it take hours so that people in a board room could spend that time strategizing on when to hike prices and how much to hike them to, and gave themselves plenty of sweet ass time so they could create demand, make us panic that tickets would sell out, sit back and make calculated decisions on how to screw us as hard as humanly possible. there’s a reason why this wasn’t a free-for all.
