hi everyone! so if you’re reading this, it means that i’ve gone on with the act of taking my own life. i’ve had this scheduled for awhile, but i’ve kept pushing it back farther and farther. a real-life bully has recently come back into my life, and i thought i could handle it. i thought i could just ignore them, but i couldn’t.

please don’t worry about me. i’ll be fine. i know that this is for the best. this world is far too good a place to have someone like me ruining it. i’m sorry for disappointing you all. you deserve so much better than what i could have given you.

“Nah-uh!” she shook her head. “It’s just a good day! I had a good dream, had a good wake-up, good breakfast, and I have a good sister! It’s a good day!”

“Don’t be scared, I’m not a creep or anything.” She shrugs to show she’s innocent, holding her hands up. “A movie, huh? Why isn’t anyone walking with you?” Is this when things were kind of tense with everyone, or earlier? “Maya always walks you home.” Maybe this is after New Year’s…she has no idea what day it is, honestly. “I’m someone you know. Kind of. You just don’t remember.”

Magenta froze up for about three seconds when Riley hugged her. Awkwardly she patted the brunette on the back. Hugs were something she was probably gonna have to get used to now. Oh well… “You’re going to be a super special superheroine too, nerd. Don’t sell yourself short, m’kay? I’ll see you soon enough.”

The wait wasn’t all that long. When she was the one in there, Power Placement felt like an eon. Once she saw the doors to the gym open and a swarm of kids filing out, she knew that most of it was over. At least half of the class had done their thing already. Magenta hoped that Riley was among them. She was still uncomfortable with hugs but that didn’t mean she couldn’t give their shoulders a squeeze or get a nice word in here or there to the ones looking crestfallen.

Then, soon enough, the young brunette scurried away, standing herself behind her friends, as if she was always there, and held her hands behind her back, now mostly ready to take on whatever it is that she had in store for the next--- however long power placement was.

then it was over. it was difficult to get through it, but she really expected exactly the outcome of it. finding magenta standing outside the room, she raised her eyebrows, trying to push through the crowd of people. “Sidekick!” she repeated what the angry man had told her, holding up her arm to indicate to the other girl that she was there.

Farkle smiled at her. He could tell that this was something she really wanted to do. “Yeah, okay. That sounds perfect.” He said, nodding.

“Yay!” riley cheered, her hands clasped by her chest as she hopped up and down, before tugging at his arm. “I love the stars. Stars are important!” she nodded her head to herself.

Farkle’s smile widened and he gently began to pull her in the direction of Topanga’s.

Riley laughed, hopping behind him. “I’m coming!” she giggled, just before they stopped in front of, now, her family’s restaurant. “Soo... we’re here now!”

Zara’s name actually meant nothing more but flower or blossom. Simple, elegant and mysterious all rolled into one name. As a little girl she had asked her mother what it had meant and she had felt lucky that it was her name. She caught Riley giggling out of the corner of her eye and grinned. “And just what are you giggling at little lady?”

She smiled a little brighter when Riley said that her day was amazing. To Zara, she was like a younger version of herself and she saw alot of herself in the girl. “That’s great Riley!!”

When she noticed that zara heard her giggling to herself, her eyes widened, and she smiled. “Oh--- nothing. I just laugh to myself sometimes, when I’m happy.” then she nodded. “Well, that and I just really like your name, you fierce amazon warrior.”

“It is! And greatness is important, right?” her grin only brightened. maybe riley and zara would be friends! the best of friends! i mean, sure, it might be a little odd, but that didn’t matter. maybe zara could be like riley’s other sister-- besides maya, of course.

Not even that one was hard for riley to answer. “Of course.. I mean, you two are happy, right? And that’s what matters to me.” even though it still kind of stung. she pushed it down.

Mun: how do you feel about Rowan Blanchard coming out as queer?

amazingly proud of her. she’s setting a great example for kids of a younger generation, and she shouldn’t have to apologize for that. she shouldn’t have to pretend to be something she’s not. i am proud of her for being herself.
