WELCOME TO POKEMON ACADEMY!

Were you interested in the roleplay group pokemon–academy​? Well, here’s something that might be for you!

Pokemon Academy is a Forum Base roleplay where you can roleplay any Pokemon Gijinka. Although you must start with a Student Character, you may later create a Staff, Citizen, and NPC! We have plenty of settings for you to roleplay under, and if that is not enough you can eventually create your own setting by creating a Business!

Pokemon Academy’s aim is to create a fun, safe place for people to plot, roleplay, and develop characters at their own pace. We hope to create a community where everyone has a chance to roleplay with anyone, and be able to participate regardless of who you are!

Pokemon Academy was built back in 1812 as a mean to educate and train Pokemon the different techniques of Pokemon Battling. Originally, it was meant for Pokemon who had Trainers, but was eventually opened up to those who did not. Having grown and gained a Reputation as one of the best schools for Pokemon and not for Trainers, Pokemon from all around the world apply to become a student at Pokemon Academy. Although it may not be a hard school to get into, it is still not the easiest. The school is located on a remote island off the Kalos Region by the name of Mundi Island. With rough waters surrounding the island, the only way to get to it is through a ride on a private airplane. Thus, the school has Built-In dorms for Students to live in and a Residential District for Citizens. Also on the island is a Shopping District and a Food District, so there is never a need to leave the island. Since there are no trainers allowed on Mundi Island, the island has become known as a safe haven for most ‘Wild’ Pokemon. This is due to the fact that they do not have to worry about being caught by a young trainer looking to expand their team. However, this has also deterred a lot of 'Wild’ Pokemon to leave the island after finishing their schooling, as they have grown to like the peaceful life.

Tabito’s face turned the shade of a crisp tomato, realizing he should’ve introduced himself first, before being such a blockhead and asking to be friends with the, now obviously, female person his dog chose for him.

Once again, his mouth froze open, unable to make any sound come out, but his dog didn’t seem as frightened or intimidated by the girl who had been petting her. Infact, she felt far more at ease thanks to the ear scratches, which lead her to nudge her owner with his nose, towards the open spot next to the girl. Tabitto moved as he was told, cane tapping away at the grass before he sat down, hand gently caressing the spot before he landed on his ass with a small ‘oof’ from him.

His eyes, despite not being able to see, shifted nervously around, trying to decide where he should look in order to not seem rude. His dog sat herself between the two, head landing on her masters shoulder staring directly in front, sending a hint that he should do that same.

“ S-S-So-orryy! I-I’mmm…. I-I’m no-ot u-used to th-this… Thi-ing. T-Talking! Talking, y-yeah. T-Talk-king w-with people th-tha-a-at is! I-I mean I-I-I-I kn-know ho-ow t-to talk! O-Obviously!! B-But…. Y-Yea-ahhh…. “

Again, Erzulie watched the boy as he sat down, watching as his dog directed his move. Wait, was the boy blind? Erzulie made an ‘ohh’ face as it came to her attention that, yes, the boy was blind. Then he started talking, stuttering and rambling. Erzulie giggled at this. Oh lord, this boy was too cute.

“That’s okay. Talking is not everyone’s specialty.” she said softly, looking to the dog before gently petting her back. Should she be petting a service dog? Probably not. Did she know that? Nope. “Your dog is very cute. What’s their name?”

A small dog, barely above the boy it was leading around’s knees, fur fluffy and well grommed, waltz up to the nearest person and stopped right in front of them. The dog looked up at the person as Tabito caught on to his dog having stopped, stopping behind her, staring blankly straight ahead of himself.

The dog barked once, signalling to her master. Once he heard the small yip of his faithful partner in crime, his face brightened up, but quickly turned red as he opened his mouth to speak but froze.

After a few seconds, a stutter filled mess of a sentence came from him.

“ W-W-W-W-W-Would yo-ou l-like to b-be my-m-m-m… m-m-my f-f-fr-rien-nnd?!! “

Erzulie had been just sitting on the grass reading a book. When the dog stopped beside her, she looked over and smiled. Aww, what a cute dog! Putting down her book, she began scratching them behind the ears and petting them along the neck. She almost payed no attention the owner, to occupied by how cute the dog was.

That is, until the dog barked and the other spoke.

Looking up to the other, Erzulie blinked. Someone seemed a bit nervous. Giggling lightly, Erzulie responded.

“Usually, people introduce themselves and share common interests before asking to be friends, right?” As she spoke, she picked up her book and patted the spot beside her. “Why don’t you sit with me and talk for a bit?”
