Future State: Batman/Superman #002 is just another episode of SuperBat being idiots in love starring sunshine-personified, Superman and his dark knight, Batman.

“When things went quiet, I knew Superman was in trouble.”

“Back away from Superman. Now.”

You go get them, Bruce! Show them who's Superman's daddy the boss.

“Bats!”

Shucks, Clark! Are your really that happy to see Bruce?

“Supes.”

Aw, Bruce! A nickname on the field? You sure you don't have a fever or something? You pretty much said I love you.

Careful, Bruce. Clark almost saw you showing emotions. lol kidding! But you see? Clark can always see through you—literally and figuratively.

The way they know each other too well though. If that doesn't scream “life partners!”, then I don't really know what does.

This part!! Despite Clark's doubts, he trusted Bruce.

And this part!! Bruce wouldn't say it out loud, but his actions always showed how much he cared for Clark.

I loved it! I love how Clark talks and Bruce acts. If soulmates really were a thing, these two would be the perfect example.
