Homemade guacamole and pita crackers from Whole Foods. This guacamole was so delicious. I really enjoyed the pita crackers as well..my first time trying. What a great pair. 👍🏾😋

Tried out some new vegan snacks. Not bad at all and the children loved them. They fulfilled my potato chip craving, so I’m satisfied.
Made some cabbage and Amir approves ✅

Nala looooves noodles. These are pretty good and very low on sodium. Healthier alternative opposed to the typical ramen noodles I grew up on..lol. Her favorite lunch..perfect for when you want to whip up something quick.
Oh childhood, how sweet it is. Pretty flowers for pretty girls. My daughter and her new friend. 🌸
Made a bomb ginger drink:
Ginger
Pineapple

Then, mixed it with Whole Foods Orange, Peach and Mango juice...man oh man, so refreshing and tasty. 😋
First, I boiled the ginger root. Second, peeled and cut three apples; added them and some dates to the pot with the ginger and boiled again until apples were soft.
Once done, I allowed it to steep and cool. Threw some frozen pineapple in there and brought it all to a blend. Strain and serve. Without the juice it’s like a ginger beer. Yet, with the juice it’s like a cooler...so tropical and invigorating.
Finally, got to see what the hype was about. My daughter chose the Mango with Strawberry/Kiwi Pearls and I went for the #SummerVibes smoothie— which was a tropical blend of Papaya, Guava, Passionfruit, Pineapple, Aloe Vera and Mango Pearls.
Pretty delish, I’d say! I believe my daughter’s favorite part was the “bubbles” 😁.
